Approach
Healthcare Domain Understanding: Had a walk through of the overall old application to understand the various functionalities and their respective use. Gathered detailed information on each section with the help of domain experts (Technical Architect). Discussed overall concept to segregate different features, functionalities, and tasks.
Worked closely with the stakeholders to understand the business & the user goals, went through detailed wire framing and site mapping process to ensure client sign-off every step of the way. We implemented the best UI practices, and also designed visual elements to match their current identity.
The result was astatically pleasing and a feature-rich application. The UI was easy which minimized the learning curve, greatly reduced the human errors, and increased efficiency and user stratification.
