Flights.ca is the private business website in order to book flights, airline tickets, last minute vacation packages & discount deals. The requirement was to design a website which provides a flexible platform to support the business as it grows. To design a site in a fresh, modern, clean usable experience that vibrates with its brand and product quality.

Overview
Flights.ca is a private business website for booking flights, airline tickets, last minute vacation packages and finding discount deals. They approached us to redefine their online identity and include the following key functions on their website:
• Improve the brand experience.
• Increase conversation on the web.
• Create a simple and easy Search or Browse experience for passenger booking which directly impacts repeat bookings.
• Change the vast content of the booking site to a defined, easy to use booking path that meets various requirements.
Approach
We started by analyzing the complete work flow of the flight booking website and identified the
key task flows for the new web approach. This helped us to design a website which provides a flexible platform to support the business as it grows.
Result
Taking a User Centered Design approach, we designed a modern and accessible site that enhanced and simplified the user experience. The new website is aligned to both the business model and the key user objectives.
Design phases for this project includes the branding evolution, interaction design and branded visual design for the full set of site modules.
